RECOMMENDED USE: Used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic, diuretic, and in supportive therapy to help relieve rheumatic complaints, and is also used to help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

INGREDIENT PER 1 TEASPOON (5 ml) :
Urtica dioica Extract 1:1 (Stinging Nettle Herb Top) .................................. 5 g

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Purified water and 25% Ethanol.

RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) one to two times per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

RECOMMENDED DURATION OF USE: For occasional use only (diuretic).

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if security seal is broken.

STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within six (6) months after opening.
